Elementary and Secondary

Located in a picturesque natural setting, our school is within walking distance of Kootenay Lake, right next to Kokanee Creek Provincial Park – providing access to the Kokanee Glacier – and also near the Ainsworth Hotsprings.

Thanks to our dynamic parent advisory council and school staff, every year our school visits the ski and snowboarding slopes at Whitewater Ski Resort as well as the cross-country and skate-skiing trails of Nelson Nordic Ski Club. Our learners also have the opportunity to participate in a range of cultural activities, including the magnificent Ktunaxa First Nation Youth Pow-wow in Creston.
